Your Information
Quinten Sinclair runs Sinclair Growth Systems in Gilbert, Arizona. The contact form collects your name, business and contact details, website needs, meeting preferences and message. I use form, email and phone inquiries to reply, quote and provide services. I do not sell or rent your information or send marketing texts. Mailing lists require permission. Avoid sensitive records.
Services
Google Workspace handles email; inquiries may enter a private Google Sheets lead tracker. Hosting uses connection information for delivery and security. Formspree receives form entries and connection information to deliver, filter and store inquiries, in the United States and other locations. See Formspree's policy and Google's policy.
Retention and Requests
I keep unsuccessful inquiries, related emails and private lead-tracker entries for up to 12 months from the original inquiry. Records are reviewed manually for removal; review does not restart this period. Client, tax or legally required records may be kept longer. Provider logs, backups and legal copies follow separate rules; removal does not erase every provider copy. For access, correction, deletion or questions, email quinten@
Optional Analytics
Google Analytics follows the regional choices below. Analytics is available by default for visitors located in Arizona. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Google tag and analytics requests are blocked until you allow them. Elsewhere, or when location cannot be determined, analytics stays off. Hosting uses connection information to select the regional rule; the browser receives the rule, not your location.
Use Privacy Choices at the bottom of this page to decline or stop future collection. A refusal stays saved in this browser until you change it or clear browser storage. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep analytics off everywhere. An explicit acceptance is saved for 90 days from your choice; ordinary visits do not extend it. Expiry requires a new choice, including in Arizona. If the rule or a saved choice cannot be verified, collection stays off.
When permitted, cookies and connection information measure visits and interactions. The site's own measurements exclude form entries, tool answers, contact details, raw URL parameters and unapproved referring-page URLs. The policy is two-month user and event retention, without resetting on new activity. This is separate from the 90-day acceptance record, analytics cookie expiry, aggregate reports and Google's operational retention. Analytics cookies have a 90-day lifetime that can restart on later visits. This does not extend the separate 90-day acceptance record. Advertising features are disabled; Google signals and user-provided-data collection are disabled. I use no advertising cookies or pixels. Withdrawing permission stops future collection; it does not delete earlier reports or provider records.
