Choose the one-time build if you want to own the site after paying for the build. Choose the monthly plan if you prefer no upfront payment and renting with a buyout option.

One-time build
Own your site after final payment. The build costs $1,200, plus $79/month for at least 6 months. Minimum total: $1,674. After the minimum, cancel care with 30 days' notice.

Monthly plan
$0 down and $149/month, with care and hosting included. The 12 monthly payments total $1,788. Buy the site for $1,200 whenever you leave. If you leave in the first 12 months, pay the remaining months or the buyout.

With the one-time build, you own the site once the final payment clears. On the monthly plan, Sinclair Growth Systems owns the site and code. You can buy both for $1,200 whenever you leave.

If you already own a domain, it stays in your name. I never take it over. On Option A, new domains are registered in your name. On Option B, I register and hold a new domain and the yearly fee is included. It moves to you if you buy out the site.

Monthly plan: If you leave in the first 12 months, pay the remaining months or the $1,200 buyout. After the minimum, the plan runs month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel.

A $1,200 buyout transfers the site and code to you, plus any domain I registered. Your existing domain stays yours either way. Without a buyout, Sinclair Growth Systems keeps the site and code. The site stays up for a 14-day grace period after service ends, then comes down.

Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, your services, the cities you cover, your hours, and your phone number. The content form takes about 15 minutes.

First preview within 7 days after you send your content. Launch after your approval.

Maybe. In the walkthrough I'll look at what you have. If it already does the job, I'll tell you.

You send me what you want changed, and I make the edit. Unlimited revisions are included before launch on both plans. After launch, the care plan (and the monthly plan) covers up to 30 minutes of edits a month. Extra work beyond those included monthly edits is $75/hour. I'll tell you before any extra work starts.

I can't promise rankings, and nobody honestly can. I set up the basics right: page titles, local business details, a sitemap, and a cleaned-up Google Business Profile that matches your site.

Neither plan includes online stores, online ordering, medical or HIPAA intake forms, logo or brand design, professional photography, paid ads, or ongoing SEO campaigns. Ask about a separate quote if you need any of these.
